Job description

We are looking for several data entry specialists to join their team. This is an indefinite temporary opportunity and is full time (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm). The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for auditing store reports on a daily basis, checking adjustments against guidelines, verifying invoices, researching variances found and other additional projects as needed. No experience necessary, we train, enjoy a team environment, have good communication skills, be reliable, motivated and organized. Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing is highly preferred.
• Experience in alphanumeric data entry highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail is essential.
