Job summary

TBI Outsourcing Puerto Rico, Inc. is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for an on-site role in Guaynabo. You will review, enter, and validate large data sets, assist in claims investigations, and maintain organized records to ensure data integrity.

The position requires a high school diploma (Associate’s preferred), 40 WPM typing, bilingual English/Spanish, and 1+ year of data entry or admin support experience. Competitive benefits and salary growth are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• At least 1 year of data entry or administrative support experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Reliable transportation to Guaynabo.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter large data volumes into company systems with minimal errors.
• Review and validate customer claims to support investigations.
• Maintain detailed, organized records of all work and claim details.
• Perform repetitive data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and group goals.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in writing and verbally.
• Identify data discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Support process improvements by providing feedback on workflows.
