Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Entry Associate I for their San Jose, CA area team. You will join the Operations group supporting Sales Order Processing, extracting orders from the CRM into the ERP (Acumatica) and ensuring data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong data-entry skills, and clear communication with internal and external customers to keep records precise and up to date.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency using software applications, databases, and spreadsheets/word processing tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work accurately and consistently.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Extract completed sales orders from the CRM into the ERP system (Acumatica) each day.
• Verify the accuracy of each Sales Order in Acumatica before transmitting to fulfillment.
• Open cases on the Dashboard to obtain additional information for incomplete documents.
• Scan documents into document management systems or databases.
• Respond to requests for information from internal and external customers and update customer information in Acumatica.
