Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Data Entry Associate I in San Jose, CA. You will support Sales Order Processing, extract orders from CRM into Acumatica, verify order accuracy, and manage information flow with internal and external customers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data integrity, and clear communication within a team. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; $23 per hour with benefits after waiting period.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency using software applications, databases, and spreadsheets/word processing tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work accurately and consistently.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Extract completed sales orders from the CRM into the ERP system (Acumatica) each day.
• Verify the accuracy of each Sales Order in Acumatica before transmitting to fulfillment.
• Open cases on the Dashboard to obtain additional information for incomplete documents.
• Scan documents into document management systems or databases.
• Respond to requests for information from internal and external customers and update customer information in Acumatica.
