Job summary

Jy Designs And Creations Inc is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented team member for a small, fast-paced environment in California. The role covers data entry, order processing, AR, customer service, sales support, and general office administration.

You will wear multiple hats, take initiative, and help where needed, including coordinating shipments, handling payments, and supporting sales efforts. Previous ERP/OMS experience and strong Excel skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/OMS systems required.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and sales order information into ERP/OMS.
• Create shipping labels, invoices, and order paperwork.
• Receive inventory into the system and maintain records.
• Process payments and AR follow-up.
• Monitor past-due invoices and collect payments.
• Review open orders and prep for warehouse.
• Coordinate shipments when inventory is available.
• Prepare AR and Open Sales Order reports.
• Answer wholesale customer calls and emails.
• Assist with rep kits, trade shows, and sales activities.
• Book travel for trade shows and trips.
• Purchase office supplies and assist with admin duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
