Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Manager, Data Engineer within the Retail Resource Center’s Innovation team. You’ll split time analyzing data to answer business questions, building BI dashboards in Power BI, and designing pipelines and data models in Snowflake/BigQuery.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, turn data into actionable insights, and help shape AI-powered analytics using AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics engineering, data analysis, or BI development experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to answer business questions and generate insights.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Develop and maintain ETL/data pipelines in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Explore AI/LLM-based approaches to analytics and BI and apply them.
