Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Data Engineer to join the Retail Resource Center's Innovation team. You will blend data analysis, BI development, and data engineering to drive business insights, dashboards, and scalable data models.

Expect to analyze complex data with SQL, build Power BI dashboards, and maintain pipelines in Snowflake and BigQuery, partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise to enable self-serve analytics and informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data analysis, or BI development.
• Experience using AI tools to support analysis, coding, and documentation.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and transformations.
• Experience building dashboards, data models, and DAX measures in Power BI.
• Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery as data warehouses.
• Experience designing dimensional data models (star schema) for analytics.
• Excellent business communication and ability to translate questions into analysis.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
