Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Data Engineer to join the Retail Resource Center’s Innovation team. You’ll blend data analysis, BI development and data engineering to answer business questions using SQL, and to build Power BI dashboards and data pipelines in Snowflake, BigQuery and GCP.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of analytics experience, a talent for turning data into insight, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics engineering experience or BI development.
• Experience using AI tools to support analysis, coding, and documentation.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and transformations.
• Power BI dashboards, data models, and DAX measures.
• Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Experience designing star schema data models for analytics.
• Experience building ETL/data pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent business communication skills; translate questions into analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to answer business questions, build BI dashboards, and maintain data pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to enable data-driven decisions.
