CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Data Engineer for our Retail Resource Center's Innovation team. You will blend data analysis, BI development, and data engineering to drive actionable insights.

You will analyze data with SQL, build dashboards in Power BI, and design data pipelines in Snowflake and BigQuery to feed analytics across the business.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics engineering, data analysis, or BI development experience.
Experience using AI tools to support analysis, coding, and documentation.
Strong SQL skills with complex queries and transformations.
Hands-on experience building dashboards, data models, and DAX measures in Power BI.
Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake or BigQuery).
Experience designing dimensional data models (star schema) for analytics use.
Excellent business communication, ability to translate questions into analysis for non-technical audiences.
Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Analyze data to answer business questions using SQL.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
Design and maintain ETL pipelines and data models in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery).
