CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Data Engineer for the Retail Resource Center’s Innovation team. This role blends data analysis, BI development, and data engineering—balancing data queries, dashboarding in Power BI, and pipeline modeling in Snowflake/BigQuery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and will help leaders make data-driven decisions; responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders and shaping AI-enabled analytics workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analysis, or BI development.
• Experience using AI tools to support analysis, coding, and documentation.
• Strong SQL skills with complex query optimization.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and data models in Power BI.
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or BigQuery).
• Experience designing dimensional data models (e.g., star schema) for analytics use.
• Excellent business communication skills and ability to translate questions into analysis.

Responsibilities
