Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead teams that design, build, operate, and improve enterprise data products and platforms. You will advance the Databricks-based data platform, scale AI-native engineering, and ensure governance, security, and reliable delivery across analytics, reporting, and ML use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in data engineering or software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data engineering in cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on depth with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and related tooling.
• Strong Python and SQL, plus CI/CD and IaC.
• Experience with data governance, security, and production controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering managers and engineers; set objectives and career paths.
