Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead the design, build, and operation of enterprise data platforms. You will advance our Databricks-based platform, scale data pipelines, and enable AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining governance and security.

You will report to the Director of Data Engineering and partner with analytics, governance, and technology teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 7+ years in data engineering or related roles with 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering managers, engineers, and technical leads.
• Own delivery of scalable data pipelines and data products.
• Guide Databricks Lakehouse platform strategy and modernization.
• Establish standards for architecture, testing, CI/CD, and security.
• Partner with executives and product leaders to drive value.
