Ultipro in Minnesota seeks a Manager, Data Engineering & Integration to lead a team delivering data and integration solutions aligned with business and technology objectives. You translate strategy into team goals, delivery plans, and operational processes while ensuring governance and security standards.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to support operational effectiveness, drive performance, and cultivate team growth through coaching and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, systems integration, cloud platforms, or related technology discipline.
• Experience leading technical professionals and delivering complex data and integration solutions involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Experience applying technology, security, and governance standards.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with modern data platforms and cloud technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsabilités

• Manage the design, development, implementation, and support of data engineering and integration solutions within the assigned area.
• Translate established technology priorities and architecture direction into team work plans, delivery schedules, and technical assignments.
• Improve processes and practices to support reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Make implementation decisions within approved architecture, and budget parameters.
• Monitor service levels, delivery performance, and operational metrics for the assigned area.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability, efficiency, quality, and performance.
