Job summary

Ultipro in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Sr. Data Integration Engineer to design and lead scalable data solutions, including a CDP and API frameworks.

You will build data pipelines with Python, integrate multiple systems, and ensure secure, high-performance data flows. You will collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering to define data requirements, apply governance best practices, and optimize Lakehouse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and data integration.
• Proven experience building or integrating with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Experience with cloud platforms and data tooling (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and CDP architecture.
• Build and maintain APIs and data integrations across systems.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across data platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into solutions.
• Monitor performance and optimize data flows and API latency.
