Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Director of Data to lead the strategy, design, and development of enterprise data systems, including the Data Warehouse, PIM, and Data Governance. You will partner with business and IT teams to ensure data systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals while mentoring data teams and guiding governance and security initiatives.

You will drive data strategy, governance, and architecture, overseeing cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data platforms

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience focusing on data strategy, data analysis, and data security.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor large teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise data warehouse strategy and governance.
• Oversee data platform integration and architecture roadmap.
• Lead Data Warehouse, MDM, and PIM teams with mentorship.
• Partner with business and IT to ensure data quality and security.
• Evaluate new technologies and assess business value.
• Document data sources, databases, and attributes.
• Collaborate with Value Chain and Analytics teams.
