Job summary

Deloitte's GPS AI & Data team is seeking a PROJECT - Data Engineer II to design and operate data pipelines powering analytics and AI use cases. You will collaborate with analysts, architects, and clients to translate requirements into scalable solutions and help deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 1+ year of experience with Power Apps, SQL and Python.
• 1+ year of experience with data visualization and data mining.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel 0-10%, based on client work and assignments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines for analytics and AI use cases.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and storage on cloud platforms.
• Implement data models, data quality controls, and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Support deployment, documentation, defect resolution, and ongoing enhancements of data products and platform components.
