Job summary

SMX in the United States is seeking a Data Science Consultant to support our Army client. You will design solutions using Databricks (SQL, Python, PySpark) and Palantir Foundry to deliver capabilities meeting business needs.

You will define tests, build data models from ERP/legacy data, and collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into technical specifications. A Secret clearance is required and compensation ranges with SMX's robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on development experience.
• Experience with data engineering/science/analytics; not a Cloud Full Stack role.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design new solutions using Databricks and Palantir Foundry to meet business requirements.
• Design modifications to existing data model solutions.
• Define test cases and verify results.
• Build data models and reports from ERP and legacy datasets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs.
