Job summary

PHM is a leading health media agency in the US seeking a Senior Analyst of Data Enablement to support data processing, QA, and documentation across the enterprise. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure data quality, security, and compliant data transfers.

You will assist the Director of Data Engineering and help maintain ETL pipelines, data feeds, and metadata across client programs, leveraging SQL, BI tools, and cloud platforms to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years SQL experience, 1 year ETL, 2 years data analysis.
• 2 years BI experience (Tableau, Datorama).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio of data projects across multiple clients.
• Collaborate with Media Tech, BI, Strategy and Data teams.
• Leverage the data warehouse and ETL solutions to complete transfers.
• Monetize data flow automation to retrieve, transform and load data.
• Manage data feeds and metadata; ensure stability, security, and compliance.
• Present issues and recommendations clearly to teams.
• Coordinate resolutions with Data Engineering, Technology and BI.
• Maintain best practices for handling, storing, and using data.
