Job summary

PHM in the US is seeking an Associate Director of Data Enablement to lead data governance across the organization. You will help design and maintain BI and data warehouse solutions, enabling accurate dashboards and reporting for internal teams and clients.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with BI/Tech and Data partners, and ensure data quality and model flows across platforms. The role requires SQL proficiency, a business analytics background, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills.
• 5–8 years in data/analytics consulting or data governance.
• Experience with media channel activation and media data.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Data visualization using Tableau, Datorama, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance initiatives across PHM.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data collection and delivery.
• Support quality assurance to ensure data flows to PHM platforms.
• Provide guidance to direct reports, internal teams, and third-party partners.
• Work with BI/Tech and Data to maintain data model flows and dashboard reporting.
