Job summary

PHM is seeking an Associate Director of Data Enablement to support data governance, build BI and data warehouse solutions, and guide dashboards and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with PHM clients across HCP and DTC channels, ensure data quality, and mentor teams while collaborating with BI/Tech and Data units to maintain data models and dashboard availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• SQL proficiency and data governance experience.
• 5–8 years in data/analytics consulting or data governance.
• Experience with media channel activation and media data.
• MS Office suite proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Data visualization tools such as Datorama/MCI and Tableau.
• Strong PM, analytical, and communication skills.
• Healthcare or life sciences exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance initiatives across PHM.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and delivery.
• Assist QA to ensure data flows into PHM platforms.
• Mentor and guide direct reports and partner teams.
• Engage with PHM client verticals including HCP and DTC data projects.
• Coordinate with BI/Tech and Data teams to maintain data models and dashboards.
