Job summary

PHM in the US seeks a Data Manager of Data Engineering to lead data projects and support the Data Engineering leadership. You will work hands-on with internal and external partners to monitor data transfers, perform QA, and maintain data documentation in a hybrid role.

You will collaborate with teams across Media Tech, BI, Data and Strategy to enable data-driven decision making and ensure data quality, security, and compliant data processes.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience tracking and resolving BI and database incidents and requests.
• Experience with database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Experience with ETL and data warehouse principles.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Experience communicating complex updates and resolutions to partners in user-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of data projects across different clients in the agency.
• Collaborate with Media Tech, BI, Media, Strategy, Investments and Tech & Data teams.
• Oversee data transfers using the agency warehouse and ETL solutions.
• Monetize data flow automation to retrieve, transform and load data.
• Manage ETL/data feed and metadata.
• Review processes to ensure data stability, security and compliance.
• Present issues, trends and recommendations to teams.
• Provide solutions for data needs and issue resolutions with Data Engineering, Technology and BI teams.
• Maintain best practices for handling, storing and using data.
