Job summary

McLaren Health Care seeks a senior data governance leader to drive strategy, operations and the enterprise data program. You will steward data definitions, relationships, and use cases, and partner with domain owners to mature governance and data quality.

The role requires extensive experience in data analytics, informatics and governance, including BI tools (Tableau), relational databases (SQL, MS Access). Schedule: Full-time, 8:00–16:30.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in data analytics and informatics
• 10 years’ experience in data governance
• 5 years’ experience in data analytics and informatics
• 5 years’ experience in data governance
• Experience leading governance programs

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maturation of a data governance program
• Collaborate with domain owners and stakeholders to align with priorities
• Assess and fix data quality issues
• Develop and manage analytic products
• Maintain master files, KPIs, glossary, and inventory
• Support future data extract implementation
