The candidate will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, and HR partners, ensuring alignment with workforce strategy and hiring plans. Travel is required (10%).

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards, reports, and workforce insights to support leader decision‑making across operations, engineering, grid modernization, customer experience, and corporate functions.
• Translate technical insights into clear recommendations balancing daily needs with long‑term strategy.
• Track workforce strategy execution, identify risks, and propose adjustments for alignment with transformation goals.
• Advise on skills requirements to ensure safe, reliable operations in a modernized grid.
