Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business operations.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse coordination, logistics, or shipping/receiving.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and WMS.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics using ERP/WMS.
• Schedule docks and driver assignments to optimize flow.
• Post shipping and receiving transactions accurately.
• Verify interplant inventory and communicate with stakeholders.
• Track trailer movements and availability.
• Identify process improvements to increase throughput.
• Ensure shipment paperwork and regulatory compliance.
