Workplace Elements is hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse tasks at our Aurora, CO facility. The role focuses on inbound shipments, accurate inventory records, and logistics documentation, with data entry, coordination with vendors, and on-site supervision of pickups and deliveries.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse coordination or related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; furniture industry experience is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with inventory tracking or ERP software (e.g., Snaptracker) is a plus.
• Clear, professional communicator; bilingual is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for inventory discrepancies and documentation.
• Self-starter who adapts quickly and works well independently with the team.
• Comfortable with occasional physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Enter inbound shipment data into the internal tracking system within 24 hours.
• Generate and distribute pick tickets and product tags for order fulfillment.
• Support receiving by setting expectations and monitoring task completion.
• Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies and document issues.
• Assist with documentation management for inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Serve as on-site contact for pickups and deliveries; coordinate dock access and logs.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE such as safety vests and boots.
