Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. on a 1st shift, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee cooler warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment in a refrigerated environment.

You will manage product rotation (FIFO/FEFO), monitor inventory, coordinate with drivers and plant supervisors, and ensure compliance with food safety standards (OSHA, HACCP, GMP). This is a full-time salaried role with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory or team lead experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience in refrigerated or food manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, GMPs, and food safety practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooler operations, product rotation, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead shift personnel, provide coaching, and address performance issues.
• Coordinate with drivers and plant supervisors to ensure on-time load-out.
• Maintain knowledge of products and inventory status; ensure safety.
