Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Dock Coordinator in Niagara Falls, NY. You will manage dock operations, verify loads, and coordinate with drivers, CSRs, and internal teams. Responsibilities include processing BOLs, packing slips, and inbound/outbound data entry in ERP systems.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required; safety gear is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the warehouse dock.
• Manage and check-in drivers and verify orders/load details.
• Track inbounds/outbounds, BOLs, packing slips, schedules and orders.
• Communicate with internal departments via calls and emails.
• Prioritize client requests and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Manage yard and door traffic and update arrival/departure times.
• Ensure seals and glad locks are applied and trailers secured.
• Prepare paperwork for shipment to HQ and adhere to SOPs.
