Job summary

LG Electronics in Huntsville, AL seeks a Technical Solutions Analyst to review and improve field service data and technical solutions data. You will support process control, monitor performance, and coordinate with various departments for issue resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a technical field, strong analytics, and willingness to travel. Bilingual English/Korean is preferred to support HQ communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Management or related field preferred.
• Associate degree in an applied science related to technical fields preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and databases.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; ability to identify data-driven insights.
• Willingness to travel as required; bilingual English/Korean preferred for HQ communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor/review/analyze field service data and identify insights to improve operations.
• Review TS RA data, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Review/test/improve various advanced technical solution methods.
• Update/checklist status for Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer.
• Manage DIY operations and expand the program.
• Monitor quality issues and historical call data.
• Communicate with factory and related teams to resolve issues.
