Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to review, analyze, and improve field service and technical solutions data across LGEAI operations. You will monitor performance, analyze call statistics, validate data, and prepare reports to drive cost analysis and issue resolution.

The role also supports process improvement initiatives, pilots, and collaboration with related departments to enhance service quality. Strong analytical skills and bilingual English/Korean are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and database tools.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor/review/analyze field service data and extract insights to drive improvements.
• Review TS RA data to identify root causes and propose improvements.
• Update/Share checksheets for Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer; support DIY program expansion.
