Job summary

LG Electronics seeks a motivated Service Parts and Logistics Analyst to join our global network in Huntsville, AL. This entry‑level role focuses on collecting and interpreting logistics data, building Excel models, dashboards, and delivering insights to improve cost efficiency and service.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in a related field, 0–3 years experience, familiarity with Excel, and exposure to ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
0–3 years of logistics analytics experience.
Exposure to import or domestic shipping operations is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems and data modeling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate logistics data (shipments, rates, carrier performance, inventory, lead times).
Develop and maintain Excel models and dashboards for cost analysis and scenario planning.
Support network optimization with SLA management, consolidation, and capacity planning.
Conduct root-cause analyses and present findings to stakeholders.
Prepare concise reports and visualizations for managers and operations teams.
Monitor KPIs like freight spend and cost per shipment, identify trends.
Develop forecast simulations to aid planning and decision-making.
Assist ad-hoc analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
