Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a motivated, entry-level Service Parts and Logistics Analyst to join our global network in the Huntsville area. You will collect and interpret logistics data, develop Excel models and dashboards, and deliver insights that support cost efficiency and service excellence.

This role offers exposure to KPI monitoring, network optimization, SLA management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a leading technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, business analytics, or consulting; internships count.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic data modeling.
• ERP familiarity with SAP or Oracle; knowledge of TMS/WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and validate logistics and transportation data.
• Develop Excel-based models and dashboards for cost analysis, route and mode evaluations.
• Support network optimization via data inputs and basic modeling.
• Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders.
