Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Talent and Performance Management Consultant to design, implement, and execute enterprise talent programs that strengthen leadership capability, succession readiness, and employee development. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OD/Organizational Psychology/HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related discipline in a large organization.
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions to achieve business outcomes.
• Experience leveraging talent and workforce data to develop insights, reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize talent reviews, performance calibrations, and succession planning processes by coordinating sessions, preparing materials and talent data, documenting outcomes, aligning with guidelines, and tracking development actions.
• Lead cross-functional talent initiatives and project workstreams with clear milestones, deliverables, and communications.
• Research talent management trends, benchmark data, and best practices to enhance enterprise programs.
• Contribute to change management and communication efforts that support adoption and sustainability of initiatives.
• Support development and integration of competency models, career pathways, and skills-based practices.
• Develop executive summaries, presentations, dashboards, and workforce analyses communicating outcomes to leaders.
• Facilitate workshops and manager training on performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Oversee Workday talent data and performance information, ensuring data quality and generating reports.
• Administer mentoring and coaching programs from intake to outcome reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships with contracts, deliverables, and evaluations.
• Perform other responsibilities to advance organizational priorities.
