Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks a Sr. Talent and Performance Management Consultant to partner with senior leaders and shape enterprise talent and performance strategies, strengthening leadership pipelines and accelerating readiness.

The role advises executives on succession, leadership capability, and performance outcomes while leading enterprise initiatives that improve talent pools and workforce continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years in Talent Management or HR within a large org.
• Strong analytics, collaboration, and project leadership skills.
• Experience designing and modernizing enterprise performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen leadership pipelines via talent reviews and development strategies.
• Lead succession planning with defined critical roles and strong pipelines.
• Counsel senior leaders on succession risks and leadership continuity.
• Design and improve enterprise performance management, goals, feedback, calibration.
• Integrate talent practices across performance, succession, leadership development, and mobility.
• Manage executive leadership development programs with data-driven insights.
• Identify gaps and drive modernization of talent practices at scale.
• Translate talent data into actionable executive recommendations.
