Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a mid-level SCM-Procurement / Supply Chain Logistics professional for our Fort Worth, TX facility. The role focuses on turning supply chain data into smarter decisions, optimizing procurement, inventory, and P2P processes to ensure production continuity and cost-efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain, strong SAP/ERP experience, and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering or related discipline (or advanced degree).
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment (buyer, planner, inventory or materials specialist).
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP for purchasing, inventory management, MRP, or materials planning.
• Data analysis and forecasting using Excel and SAP.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for reporting and insights.
• Knowledge of inventory management, procurement coordination, forecasting, warehouse operations, and performance reporting.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze supply chain, procurement, and inventory data in SAP and Excel to identify improvement opportunities and support decisions.
• Monitor inventory levels, material requirements, and warehouse activity to improve availability and reduce excess stock.
• Coordinate procurement of indirect materials with suppliers, Production, and Project Management to ensure timely delivery.
• Improve P2P processes by strengthening information flow and transaction accuracy.
• Develop and execute supply chain improvement projects to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Measure performance and prepare reports and dashboards for management using Power BI or Tableau.
• Utilize SAP, warehouse management systems, and MRP processes to support material planning and manufacturing operations.
