Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or similar.
• Minimum five years of inventory management experience.
• Proficient with inventory software and forecasting strategies.
• SAP expertise highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory control team and ensure all operations are on track (cycle counting, COGI reconciliation, storage setup, control audits).
• Drive the inventory control program across the site for SKUs with full stakeholder support and compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues causing inventory inaccuracy and partner with stakeholders to eliminate them.
• Support the Logistics Manager with analytics to drive improvements in logistics optimization (inventory accuracy, storage utilization, cycle times).
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with IT to leverage SAP and other systems and implement improvements.
• Process reports to identify trends and patterns to reduce discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory integrity and update timelines through IT systems development.
