Qualifications

• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience using an MRP system in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a high-volume manufacturing or procurement environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supply chain activities.
• Experience negotiating supplier pricing, terms, and delivery commitments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply and demand across production lines, factories, and suppliers to ensure material availability.
• Manage MRP in SAP, monitor requisitions, and place purchase orders with internal and external suppliers.
• Review and maintain SAP master data including minimum order quantities, safety stock, lead times, and purchasing information records.
• Analyze current and future demand to develop forecasts and support planning, sourcing, and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate customer and engineering changes while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Achieve inventory, delivery reliability, and cost-savings targets; resolve GR/IR discrepancies and late POs; monitor KPIs.
