URBN is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to support distribution centers software products and act as a super-user for warehouse systems. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, operations, or related technical environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics interaction between systems, processes, operations, transportation and order management.
• Experience with WM / PkMS, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide distribution campus based support for DCs using WMS.
• Support Direct, Retail, Wholesale and OMNI systems.
• Identify issues and work with the team to resolve them.
• Research and troubleshoot procedures and software issues.
• Document training materials and assist with configuration/upgrade testing.
