Stedi is seeking an experienced Strategic Finance professional to elevate business operations as we grow. You will refine our financial models, forecasts, and systems, ensuring accuracy from source data to management reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic finance or FP&A in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional financial modeling and data storytelling.
• Ability to automate finance processes and leverage AI tools.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and drivers.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and planning.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve Stedi's financial model, including revenue, expenses, headcount, cash, and long-range forecasting.
• Build the metrics, models, and reporting infrastructure to understand business performance with high accuracy and data traceability.
• Own annual planning and ongoing forecasting processes with assumptions that reflect real business operations.
• Develop reporting and analysis that explain performance against plan and drivers of revenue, gross margin, and cash.
• Partner with Accounting to digest monthly results and translate performance into reliable management reporting and forecasts.
• Build models to answer strategic questions across the business, including product economics, pricing, and growth scenarios.
• Own headcount and spend planning across the company, reflecting hiring plans and commitments.
• Develop and maintain cash and runway forecasts for leadership under varying scenarios.
• Automate financial data collection, reporting, and analysis using modern tooling and AI to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Head of Finance & Operations and CEO on financial analyses for major company decisions.
