Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by implementing a data-driven school counseling program aligned with the district and school’s mission.
• Disaggregate student data to identify and address achievement, attendance, and behavior gaps.
• Promote equity and access for all students through college/career development.
• Collaborate with staff and community to promote safe, supportive school climate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
