Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to help drive the full sales lifecycle across Atlanta, Miami, and Dallas. You will partner with Commercial Owners, Analytics, Legal and Operations to optimize contracts, improve retention and maximize conversions.

You will provide data-driven insights, manage leads, and support post-implementation reviews while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This role requires 6+ years in sales support and a logistics mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Support or Sales Operations.
• Experience in logistics or related industry preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and contract management across the sales lifecycle.
• Analyze data and generate reports to improve customer retention.
• Coordinate with Sales, Analytics, Legal and Operations.
• Assist post-implementation reviews and monitor satisfaction.
• Manage leads and optimize conversion rates.
• Support pre- and after-sales activities and training.
