Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Organization by administering policies and providing analytical and statistical support. The role requires accurate data entry, reporting, and cross-department liaison to drive sales programs.

The position offers full-time or part-time schedules with pay range $22-$26 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience with clerical tasks, publishing forms, and maintaining reports is valued at WIN Waste Innovations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• Experience: Two (2) years of previous work experience.
• Applicable experience may substitute for education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.
• Performs clerical and statistical reporting for Sales on a daily basis. Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking, and monitors rankings on a monthly basis.
• Audits monthly commission and expense reports to clarify and direct uniform sales policies and procedures.
• Data entry of new accounts and existing account changes.
• Maintains weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes.
