Job summary

Holder Construction in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Resource Planning Coordinator to join our team in person. This full-time role supports workforce planning operations through data management, reporting, system administration, and cross-functional coordination to ensure resources align with project needs.

You will partner with Operations, Recruiting, and project teams to address staffing and allocation, maintain planning data, and produce dashboards and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, workforce planning, staffing coordination, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day workforce and resource planning activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Recruiting and project teams on staffing needs and allocations.
• Maintain planning data and process documentation.
• Generate workforce planning reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting and Operations on staffing updates.
