Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support resource management activities as directed by the Resource Planning Manager.
• Assist in gathering information to start homes, including permits and plot plans, and share with field team.
• Manage distribution of updated field documents and internal communications.
• Proficient with Pulte-supported systems (Schedules, BWP, Transact, Concur).
• Engage with municipalities and trade partners to resolve issues and process payments.
