Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Resource Planning Coordinator in our Atlanta, GA office. This full-time, in-person role supports workforce planning through data management, reporting, system administration, and cross-functional coordination to align resources with project needs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in HR operations or workforce planning, with strong organizational and analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, workforce planning, staffing coordination, project coordination, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day workforce and resource planning activities and maintain planning data.
• Coordinate with Operations, Recruiting, and project teams to address staffing and allocation issues.
• Assist in tracking resource planning needs as projects progress through the business pipeline.
• Maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
