Job summary

McLeod Health is seeking a QA professional to perform routine audits, investigate and clean data to drive workflows and processes. You will provide a scorecard for Patient Access leadership and present data-driven action plans to improve patient accounts and encounters.

Responsibilities include data extraction and interpretation, creating communications highlighting trends, and supporting IT and stakeholders. The role also includes opportunity identification and liaison duties across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of QA experience.
• High School/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit and clean up system data to ensure workflows and processes.
• Provide Scorecard for Patient Access leadership, requiring data extraction, analysis, interpretation and presentation.
• Consult with stakeholders on creating and implementing action plans based on data.
• Author Patient Access communications, highlighting data trends and reinforcing best practices to improve quality of patient accounts and encounters.
• Implementation, maintenance and opportunity identification application support for Patient Access staff, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Identify areas of opportunity via QA processes yielding desired financial, quality, and patient experience outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between Patient Access Preservice, Registration, Revenue Cycle, Quality, and Physician Practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
