Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Chief Medical Informatics Officer, Director of Quality Initiatives, and patients, with a focus on accurate data entry, reporting, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a medical care field.
• Experience in health care settings preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical auditing and data abstraction from EHR.
• Enters data for reporting key metrics to stakeholders.
• Identifies and closes gaps in care via pre-visit planning and outreach.
• Supports performance improvement and population health projects.
• Under ADA accommodations, performs other duties as assigned.
