Job summary

Baptist Health Resource Center is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to evaluate registration workflows and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance across patient access processes. You will perform audits, monitor denial trends, and collaborate with Denials Specialists and the Training team to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes identifying performance gaps, validating staff competency, and delivering constructive feedback while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of patient access or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Experience in registration, insurance verification, authorization workflows, or denial prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of Patient Access workflows to support quality registration practices.
• Conduct audits, including random reviews and targeted audits based on denial trends.
• Partner with Patient Access leadership, Denials Specialists, and Training/Education to identify gaps and drive improvement.
• Provide actionable feedback and maintain documentation and reporting on findings.
