Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent through education/experience.
• 2 years PM experience in electrical/automation for energy/offshore/industrial sectors with contracts >$1M.
• Demonstrated commercial negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen for sound business decisions.
• Proven ability to build client, supplier, and internal relationships.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including parent company resources and suppliers, for successful execution of projects.
• Ensure client contractual commitments per terms and conditions are met.
• Recommend and implement risk assessment and abatement plan to meet budgets and targets.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
• Identify, resolve, and communicate resolutions on client issues; escalate when needed.
• Collect, analyze, and report business unit data to management.
• Provide timely updates on project performance, trends, and client relationships to management.
• Identify opportunities and recommend improvements to sales and project execution processes.
• Maintain records of project communications, contract variations, projects, and activities per corporate guidelines.
