Job summary

You will own end-to-end programs across investment management and operations, drive governance, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver cross-functional outcomes. Strong analytics and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree with substantial experience in business analysis and program management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale data and technology programs.
• Deep expertise with financial market data and references.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale data-driven programs.
• Structure multi-workstream initiatives and establish governance frameworks.
• Anticipate and resolve complex risks and interdependencies; manage scope and resources.
• Champion PM best practices and drive continuous improvement across Data & Technology.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leadership across business, tech, and data.
• Lead steering committee presentations and executive briefings with clarity.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align priorities across the organization.
• Act as senior escalation point for program issues and cross-functional resolutions.
• Lead discovery to surface strategic challenges and define transformational solutions.
