Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with technical focus.
• Experience with data migration/conversion projects incl. mapping, testing, reconciliation, implementation; CRM experience preferred.
• Experience with system implementations, upgrades, integrations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for flawless execution.
• Maintain project plans using Smartsheet.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate work to team members.
• Ensure quality control and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and process improvements.
